Excavation

 

Excavation is a key effort and one of the largest work efforts in the site development process.

Lake and other drainage facilities are dug using excavators and borrow material (fill) is placed where needed according to project design requirements. Boundary limits and depth are held to precise tolerances to meet project needs while conforming to governmental regulations. 

The material generated by excavation provides the fill for roads, building pads, and other elevated areas on the site.
Excavation is done to design specific needs and limits and staked by C & M crews.
