Project site development begins with stakeout of work limits and finished elevations. After base information is provided on the site by the engineer of record, C&M crews take take over responsibility for all project stakeout from lake slope & depth, to water and sewer location and depth, to road and curb grades, to final site elevations. Additionally, site specific needs are met with staking of utilities (CATV, electric) and site features (hardscape, irrigation) to accomodate the needs of the customer.

 

Complete and comprehensive as-built drawings are completed on every job. These become "record drawings" for the municipality governing the respective projects. 

 

Utilizing state of the art GPS instruments, these stakeout and data collection items are compiled to exacting tolerances. The capability to perform these services in-house allows C&M to to provide cost savings to clients as well as maintain tight control of the project.
