C & M has entry level opportunities for those who want to start a career in the site construction field. These are usually with a pipe crew or punch-out crew. These individuals have an opportunity to advance to skilled tradesmen positions and supervisors.

We have opportunities for skilled tradesman in pipe laying, heavy equipment operation (loaders, dozers, & backhoes), mobile concrete plant, soil cement plant, rock crushing,  trucking, and construction layout.

We pride ourselves on in-house training and promotion and we feel we have the best crews in the business.
